Fitness and Healthy Exercise Class

Due to frequently asthma attack, asthma patients may suffer from muscle tightness such as chest and hamstrings, thereby affecting the body posture, as result may lead to humpback, protrusive head, flat back, etc. Stretching exercises can pin on those symptoms, by relieving muscle tension and tightness in order to improve posture and reduce the chance of injury and strain.

Resistance band exercises can strengthen bones and muscles, increase the flexibility of muscles and give a better body curves. By combining with proper aerobic exercises, it can also increase metabolism and improve heart and lung function.

This set of exercises is beneficial for improving your athletic performance, reliving muscle aches, and
reducing the chance of injuries and strain.
